Purchasing Inquiries and Reports

There are a number of ways you can inquire on purchase orders:

from the Item Inquiry, select DISSECTION | PURCHASE ORDER
from the Supplier Inquiry, select INQUIRY | P/ORDERS
to inquire on a specific purchase order, select INVENTORY | ORDER INQUIRY.

Technical Tip

To access the Item Inquiry and Supplier Inquiry, select SALES | SALES DESK INQUIRIES | INVENTORY or SUPPLIER.

The general Item Inquiry screen also provides information on purchase orders at a glance, as well as displaying stock on hand, warehouses, backorders, etc.
